I truly appreciated and enjoyed the meal plan provided. Jasmine took time to get to know me, my likes and dislikes, and my health goals. I received a very detailed and well thought out meal plan that helped me lose 4 pounds in about a week and a half. Most importantly, I had more energy and felt full most of the day.
